Join the community →Ladies in Product came from a simple observation: the women I knew in product were brilliant, and mostly invisible to each other. It made no sense. So we built somewhere to fix that. Somewhere to find your people, get honest feedback, share what's actually working, and occasionally land your next opportunity.
Not a networking group. Something with more texture than that.
My journey
Grew up in Romania, studied Computer Science, fell in love with problem-solving.
Packed everything and moved to Munich at 23. Figuring out a new country, a new language, and everything unfamiliar. Landed on my feet and kept going.
Followed a feeling. Moved to Spain, started over from scratch. No safety net, just a city I'd always loved.
Stepped into a PM role and it clicked immediately. Challenging people, finding solutions together, leading without authority. This was it.
A new chapter: product leadership. Managing a team, mentoring others, learning how to hold space for people while still delivering. A whole different kind of challenge.
Discovered an unexpected love for community building. Turns out bringing people together is its own kind of product work.
Stepped back from people management. Not a retreat. I knew what I wanted to protect, and I made the call.
What I believe
Started my life from zero in three different cities. Rebuilding isn't failure. It's how you find out what you actually want.
I don't solve problems for people. I solve them with people. The best answer usually comes from the whole room, not just me.
I take care of my family, my community, and myself. These aren't in competition. They're the same circle.
